Jackboy's Dog Bakery joined the Golder Retriever Club of Greater Los Angeles Rescue at their '09
Dogtoberfest for a day of fun, music and off-leash play in the sun with your favorite volunteers, rescue dogs,
adopters and others. This fourth annual reunion was opened to all GRCGLA Rescue alumni and their fam...
ilies, both human and canine alike (as long as everyone’s friendly, of course)! Two swimming pools on the
premises were opened for the dogs only! Stories of rescues were shared. Dogs abandoned and were badly
hurt have undergone amazing transformation and are now with great families.

Dogtoberfest '09 featured games, contests and refreshments for all family members. Jackboy's Dog Bakery
donated gift basket for raffle and sales proceeds from the event to GRCGLA rescue. Free treats were given
out to all doggies that dropped by our treats bar ......... cause dogs don't have money.
